Who We Are
The Solana Foundation is a non-profit foundation based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Superteam is a DAO sponsored by the Solana Foundation with the mandate of driving the growth of the Solana ecosystem around the world. We have Superteams in eight countries and are now launching in Brazil! We are looking for the best talent to join our amazing community and contribute to the growth of Solana and the web3 ecosystem in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Increase adoption of Solana’s technology by working directly with our developer community to reduce the cost of adoption, answer technical questions, and funnel insights back to the team to improve the overall experience and technology.
- Create and improve documentation and other content to improve the resource offerings on Solana’s website, Github and other channels.
- Develop learning materials for building on Solana (eg. courses, videos, podcasts, etc.).
- Be an active member of our developer community by helping to address technical questions and improve the overall quality of developer support in channels such as Discord, Slack and StackOverflow
- Speak at conferences playing a community-building role in Brazil’s ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years professional technical experience in (or exposure to) one or more of the following: Rust, C, C++, Javascript / Node.js, Solidity
- Strong technical background with Solana and RUST, ideally as an engineer previously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with effective communication.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5+ years of experience as a professional software developer or evangelist.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brazil; Fluent English and Portuguese required, Spanish desirable.
- Passion for blockchain and web3. Has contributed to open source projects and has a presence within major web3 communities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hustle; a desire to get out, build community, and lead the growth of Solana.
